Atlas Language School is looking for a highly motivated Director of Studies to be responsible for the leadership and management of the academic team at our new centre in Malta. This position involves supporting all staff to ensure the school meets high-quality standards. The role includes a wide variety of roles from leading a team of teachers, recruiting academic staff, timetabling, managing the observation-CPD-performance review processes. It is a varied and fulfilling role in an innovate and learner-centred school. The Director of Studies is a key senior role within the organisation, deputising for the School Manager and the post holder will be required to work flexibly within a busy and growing English language teaching organisation. Qualifications and experience: TEFLQ (e.g., DELTA), good knowledge of academic trends in ELT, in-depth knowledge of the latest teaching materials and methodologies; proven record of successful teaching and assessment of students, experience of monitoring the quality of teaching and delivering teacher development opportunities. You will be looking for an exciting opportunity to develop professionally and be committed to developing an academic team that has the ambition to continuously improve their work for the benefit of students at Atlas Language School.
