We've spent a lot of time in the last few weeks learning how to master some of the basic tools for using an online platform: zoom, chat, breakout cells, screen sharing - just a few words that have taken on new meanings for many of us. But perhaps, under pressure to learn a lot in such a short time, some issues have taken a back seat: learner-centredness, learning by doing, communicative tasks and creativity. In this session, we'll look at how some of our face-to-face teaching techniques can be easily adapted to the online classroom, with minimal use of technology - and just a little tweaking. Alan
