Report on the Digital Literacy Meeting – Saturday Session Last Saturday (14th of June 2025), we held an engaging and insightful meeting on Beyond the Screen: Digital Literacy as the New Educational Compass. The session was attended by a group of enthusiastic teachers who showed great open-mindedness and curiosity throughout. It was truly encouraging to witness their willingness to explore the digital tools presented and actively participate in the discussions. One of the highlights of the session was the teachers' genuine excitement as they discovered new educational apps. Many expressed surprise at the wide range of possibilities these digital tools offer in the classroom. Several teachers commented on how these apps could revolutionize the way students learn and collaborate. Importantly, all attendees agreed that to truly master these tools, regular practice is essential. The idea of “learning by doing” was repeatedly emphasized and welcomed by the group. Some participants were astounded by the potential for creativity and student engagement that these platforms make possible.
